Practical informations for access, parkings, areas guidebooks will be given to the participants the week before the event, through e-mail. Be sure to add contact@greenspits.com to your contacts to make sure you get these informations. Indicating your phone number when registering will make the communication easier between us ! You will receive a pdf “The essentials of La Fête du Spit” with access maps and practical details !
The closest city from the crag and the location of the event is Mollans-sur-Ouvèze in la Drôme Provençale.

"REDPOINT" price from september the 8th to september the 21st noon.
For children under 12, there will be a unique rate of 10 €.
You should know that no matter the weather conditions the event will take place ! It’s only about motivation :) We won’t refund purchased tickets. If you decide to cancel your participation, your money will go to Greenspits’ re-bolting project. Thanks for your understanding and see you on September the 21st, 22nd and 23rd in the Toulourenc low gorges !
As you can well imagine, these prices can’t be matched regarding the fact that it covers the camping accommodation, the two evening meals and gives access to every masterclass and conferences.
The main fees from La Fête du Spit relate to the rental of the cottage for 4 days, the insurance of the event, the quality caterer, purchasing the beverages (beers, our famous homemade punch with fresh fruits, softs), the professionals’ salary at a special price (DJs, photographs, cameramen). We also invest in gear to build bars, tables, DJ hut, decorating ! We rent gear like tents, dry toilets, sound system and lights, transportation vehicle. To that we add the transport fees of the guests that need it and the transport fees of the volunteers during the event.
The benefits come from the sale of drinks on the event. We evaluate the minimum budget necessary to pay comfortably our costs off in case of unexpected expenses and we set the prices of the drinks accordingly. The prices are obviously far lower than for other sports or cultural events and the quality of the beverages is far higher. It just goes to show that when you want to do do things right and respect the participant or even “spoil” them a little, you can !
It comes exactly at the right time since we have a 32000 euros re-bolting project to fund this year !
